Various styles were gained within the last 20+ years of education and professional work experiences in movement. These include Neuromuscular work, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Lomilomi, Thai Medical Bodywork and Hot Stones. The unique intuition gained from learning a wide variety of techniques will energize your life as it has my own. There is no cookie cutter path to reaching your grandest goals. I continue to cultivate and share my passion for outdoor sports, ethnic dance, and alternative health techniques with others and can create a Wellness Program based on YOUR individual needs.
