Massage Therapy and Bodywork is a proven method of reducing injury, relieving pain, stress, and is standard practice for professional athletes. Monica, founder of MMT, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Bodyworker, Ergonomic Specialist, Personal Trainer, Professional Dancer, and Mountain bike enthusiast.

Monica is devoted to creating sustainable movement practices, utilizing her expertise in Corrective Exercise Design and instruction. Through her experiences working  in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, in addition to the Corporate, Dance & Fitness fields, Monica can see dysfunctional movement before it becomes an issue. As an athlete, dancer, and simply being human, she also understands the frustration of "chronic injury" and the gentle care and compassion necessary for healing to occur.

Monica is experienced in Neuromuscular work, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Lomilomi, Thai Medical Bodywork, and Hot Stones. Most importantly, as a professional dancer and an athlete, she understands what a training body needs and thrives on helping you find the perfect balance in YOUR movement! Because after all, we are ALL athletes in the game of life!
Whether we're meeting in an office, gym, or spa type setting, indoors or outdoors, a  session will enhance what ​YOU love to do in life!
